The Australian Fodder Industry Association (AFIA) is proud to present the 2019 National Fodder Conference taking place from July 29 – 31 at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, New South Wales. In 2019 we will be pursuing the theme ‘Our Place’, which evokes connectivity of people and the land. This theme pays homage to our most popular conference session, which is termed Our Place, in which local growers of the chosen location are invited to share their experiences farming the land. Considering the drought, we wish to celebrate and support our producers, particularly those in New South Wales and emphasise those who are adapting, creating and championing positive change in the industry. We hope you will be joining us in the picturesque Hunter Valley.

Pre-Conference Tour – Hunter Valley – SOLD OUT
The 2019 AFIA Pre-Conference Tour will be held locally in the Hunter Valley region from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th July. The itinerary will include multiple farm tours, presentations from farmers and agronomists, local produce and cellar door tastings, visits to national parks and wildlife experiences, and plenty of opportunity to socialise over dinner and learn and share with your peers. Places will be strictly limited (and sold out in 2018) so we advice members to return registration forms back promptly. Registrations are now open and available by downloading the flyer image at the top of the web page.
