Safe Loading and Unloading of Hay Bales
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland in consultation with the Australian Fodder Industry Association (AFIA) have created these guidelines for the safe loading and unloading of hay. This information may be used as a guide for staff and employees looking for assistance on how to safely load, unload and stack hay. This guide also touches on bystander safety, being wary of powerlines and falling from heights.
